Research and Development

We are involved in low carbon research

Crowberry Energy is actively involved in cutting edge research and development in the renewable energy sector. We are interested in the Intelligent Energy Europe 2012 Research Calls, which can be accessed by this link http://ec.europa.eu/energy/intelligent/getting-funds/call-for-proposals/how-to-apply/index_en.htm

In 2011 we worked with the University College Dublin on the use of quantum dots for thin film solar panels in cutting edge research.

Crowberry Energy has previously worked with the University of Bolton under a METRC funding via the University of Sheffield with Professor Shao and the Materials Team to push the boundaries on the efficiency of solar panels and next generation panels. Crowberry Energy is currently seeking research partners for the EU FP7 and future FP8 research programme and Intelligent Energy Europe, please contact us if you are forming a consortia and require collaborative partners.
